Our House Espresso was built on the concept of delivering quality by maintaining the beautiful characteristics of each origin.
We achieve this with our flame roasting techniques where we roast our coffee just before 2nd crack in the process therefore not releasing any of the oils you would see on an Italian coffee.
This House Blend is a solid base of Monte Cristo Estate Honduras delivering notes of Hazelnut perfectly blended with Peru Chanchamayo adding that smooth chocolate bite along with Nicaragua Matagalpa which brings sweet green apple into the blend.
A Smooth high acidity espresso with a fruity taste & a creamy body, one not to be missed!
